Executive Park Plan Area

Plans are afoot to transform Executive Park, the unrealized office park east of U.S. 101, into San Francisco's newest residential neighborhood. In early June 2006, the Planning Department released for public discussion a first draft plan for this new neighborhood. A copy of the draft plan is available to download.

What is happening now?

Staff has been working to fine tune the proposed new Plan through the Environmental Review process and will soon plan further community workshops on urban design, transportation, as well as other key topics. In the mean time, we welcome your comments on the Draft Plan.

If you would like to be added to the mailing list for Executive Park community meetings and approval hearings, please call Maria Oropeza at 415.558.6307. For questions about the environmental review process, please call Joy Navarrete at 415.575-9040. For other questions about the Executive Park Plan itself, please call Mat Snyder at 415.575.6891.

We encourage you to visit the Planning Department online at www.sfplanning.org often to stay up to date about the workshops and to learn about any last minute changes.

Thank you for your participation to date. We look forward to working with the community to refine the Plan, and to getting the Plan in place for a vibrant new neighborhood.
